In this post, I’ll demonstrate a non-PowerShell based method to view the queues in Exchange 2013.
Perhaps a lot of Exchange administrators miss the old GUI of Exchange 2003 – 2010. Exchange 2013 and 2016 are mostly configured using PowerShell or using the Exchange Admin Center which is web based however the Queue Viewer still remains installed as a GUI.
To open the Queue Viewer, open the Exchange Toolbox in your start menu:
Then click on Queue Viewer:
Here you can double click on a queue to see the queued messages and delete them with or without an NDR.
